Team Phakisa started the ELB Extreme Road Challenge with a
blistering 38 kilometres per hour average speed on day one of the
four day race from Villiers to Pietermaritzburg. Made up of former
professional and highly experienced cyclists, this team managed
to stay ahead of the fastest running team, Team Scud, for the
duration of the 500 kilometre event. Read all about our experience
