60km into the Capital Classic 100 Miler 24-hour circuit race in Pietermaritzburg
and Quinton Nortje still had energy to spare for a photographich jump-pose. He
finished in 23 hours 26 minutes.
Always standing out from the crowd in Cape Town is Michelle Cupido, here at the FNB
Cape Town 12 ONERUN, who just runs for the love of it and to have fun on the road.
All smiles for Nene Philani after coming home first in the Kraaifontein parkrun
in the Cape.
Brenna Coupland recently enjoyed a trip to Lesotho where she had the
opportunity to run some awesome trails.
Zanele Matshotyana, Pumeza Jafta and Neliswa say they were very tired
after the very tough Spookhill 15km in Somerset West.
Eloise Sykes was talked into doing her first race in over 10 years at the SAPS
Striders Heritage Challenge in KZN by training buddy Monica De Kleyn, and the
two self-confessed nutters literally laughed the whole way through.
Nothing like a quick photo opportunity at 41km in a marathon, say Alan
Brunsdon and Dougal Glennie, especially if you have Sugar Loaf Mountain as
your backdrop during the Rio Marathon in Brazil.
Having missed a turn due to not looking where she was going, Obie Woolward
said she had to jump over this ditch to get back on track in the first ever Golden
Valley Casino Trail Run in Worcester.
Here we have David and Lollos Rodseth sweating it out during the 10km Dodo
Trail in Mauritius.
Passports, please! Katie Thomson and friends crossing the border between
Zimbabwe and South Africa in the Two Countries Marathon.
