riding at Fair
An inter-provincial schools mountain bike race will be one of the
highlights at this year’s Standard Bank Africa Cycle Fair.
Set to take place at St Stithian’s College from 23 to 25 October, the
2015 Fair will have a definite link to schools and the development of
cycling as a school sport.
“We believe that school cycling is going to be a much bigger

there were no school cycling teams, but now you’ve got cycling
competing with the major sports like rugby, cricket, soccer,
swimming and athletics.”

venue.

second was held at a venue with an amazing view in a beautiful
area,” explained Rob, “but this year we are combining those two
with our new venue, which has a fantastic surface and a great
view
