Starting in 2005 as an electronic online programme targeted mainly at
Run/Walk For Life members, eatForLife® has grown as it became apparent
that there was a large demand amongst non-members for a scientifically
and medically underpinned eating programme as well. In addition, it became
apparent that members were looking for the programme to have more personal
interaction. This led to eatForLife® being franchised in 2013, and now more and
more people are learning about the importance of good nutrition for increased

The human body requires proper nutrition, which includes eating a
