(Race name) Sarens Edenvale Marathon, Half Marathon & 5km, Central Gauteng, 9 March
(Intro) If you’re looking for a great marathon or half marathon in the Joburg area in early March, then Sarens is the one to go

of many others. – BY LAUREN VAN DER VYVER

an undulating 21km loop course that features a well-balanced mix of uphill and downhill, you’ll have a ball on your feet in the
Edenvale suburbs. Starting and finishing at Edenvale High School in Linksfield Road, the event also offers a 5km fun run, so all
levels of runner or walker are catered for, and it is great to see the sponsor and organising club putting the money raised by the
event to good use, to support the Kidneybeanz Trust, the Reach for a Dream Foundation and a local charity, Little Eden, which all
