Eina , That Hurts !
We know that running is good for us , but it can unfortunately also result in pain and discomfort , or more serious injuries , if not done right ( or overdone ). These can range from sore muscles , blisters and chafe , to those more serious injuries that keep us out of action for an extended period of time .
