The Experience : The trail running scene in SA has grown massively in recent years with the addition of many runs on wine farms in the Western Cape , like historic winery Muratie , near Stellenbosch , which offers wonderful switchback climbs , forest sections and Fynbos in between the vineyards and meadows . This is a guaranteed setting for a runner ’ s high … and a splendid place for a running jump action pic !
