Another social media post after the African Bank Soweto Marathon that sparked a good few comments on Facebook was to do with father and son duo Randall and Carl Meyer . Randall suffered a heart attack in June , but his recovery has thankfully gone well enough for him to line up for the half marathon alongside his son , and their beaming smiles at the finish line tell you everything you need to know what this one meant to them both . The running community then followed that up with more comments to make the Meyers smile .
