RUNNER ’ S HIGH
The Experience : With over 3000 entries , the inaugural running of the new Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series race in Gqeberha proved a huge success . The race was blessed with fantastic weather , which helped Precious Mashele take three seconds off the men ’ s SA Record for 10km , and the running community of the Friendly City enjoyed the terrific vibe generated by local performing groups and sponsor activations all along the route , including the Absa High Five 5K point at halfway .
