The Experience : The trails on Muratie have been opened by Dirtopia , an off-road event and trail construction company . The Dirtopia Trail Centre is located on Muratie , at the singletrack trail head of the Simonsberg trail network , and trail runners , hikers and mountain bikers can buy permits for a range of trails on this as well as neighbouring estates . Dirtopia also organises races on its trails , and this one includes an awesome zig-zagging set of switchbacks up the hill overlooking the winery , as well as a gorgeous single-track section winding back down to the finish .
