In mid-November I found myself lining up for the K-Way SkyRun 100km for a second time . It was the 25 th edition of this trail classic , and I knew what I was letting myself in for , but this time I had a great incentive to keep pushing for the finish , even when the going got tough and the temptation just to stay at one of the aid stations was growing stronger . – BY DAVE McCULLOUGH
