The Experience : I would like to share some pics from a 90km run that we did in Langebaan on 13 June as part of the Comrades Hope Challenge . I ran alongside 200 other runners in the West Coast National Park , with the approval and relevant permit obtained from the authorities to run in the park . Also , the relevant covid protocols were observed !
