TRAIL RUNNING
It all began in October 2019 , with the planting of that SkyRun seed . Like many other runners , we run with a group of close-knit friends , our running family . And if there is one thing we have learnt with this group , it ’ s don ’ t pitch a crazy idea , as we will be booking accommodation and planning the event before you can say Lady Grey ! Nonetheless , a group of approximately 10 runners put up their hands ( while ‘ volunteering ’ their better halves as support crew ) for a life-changing experience . Never could we have foreseen the hard training , camaraderie , injury challenges and race anticipation that awaited us over the next few months .
