The #9to5 Challenge is the first fully supported beginner and intermediate running programme that runs for nine weeks at a time and offers training for 5km, 10km and 21km distances. The #9to5 coaches take a hands-on approach to guiding you to completing your chosen distance, and doing it well. All the programmes are designed to start you off slowly, building a proper base to achieve sustainable fitness.
