#9to5 Challenge
For PFMA members wanting expert running coaching, the #9to5 Challenge
is available to get you running further and faster. The #9to5 Challenge is the
first fully supported beginner and intermediate running programme that
runs for nine weeks at a time and offers training for 5km, 10km and 21km
distances. The #9to5 coaches take a hands-on approach to guiding you to
completing your chosen distance, and doing it well. All the programmes
are designed to start you off slowly, building a proper base to achieve
sustainable fitness. We don’t believe in just giving you the basics; the
Challenge looks at everything: Weight, health and fitness. We want you to
succeed, so we give you all the tools you need!
The #9to5 Challenge enjoyed an exceptional year in 2017, with many
Challengers smashing their personal health and running goals. The
Challenge also extended its influence to the corporate market, showing how
the hands-on coaching style can make the world of difference to the health
and wellness of an entire company’s staff, to benefit of the business.
For PFMA members, the #9to5 Challenge offers personal assistance in achieving
your goals. The interval sessions tackle all aspects of running that we might
not be motivated enough to do on our own, such as hills and speedwork. This
programme is guaranteed to give your running the edge it needs.
