It’ s already the end of February, and if you’ re like most athletes, your start-ofthe-year good intentions have already started to slip.
Training is back on, but so is the chaos: messy gear, missed appointments, half-finished goals. Before the first quarter of the year disappears completely, it’ s time to tackle the admin side of your sport that no one talks about – the little tasks that keep you performing at your best.
Here’ s a checklist of athlete admin you’ ve probably been ignoring since January( and why it matters more than you think)…

14. Re-stocking your recovery snacks and hydration mix
15. Fixing your sleep routine after December chaos
