ZOEY established as its own company Trine Vinther who three years ago launched the ZOEY brand with NÜ A/S has now established it as its own company. ZOEY BY HELLE MATHIESEN Trine Vinther owns one-third of the newly established ZOEY ApS while NÜ A/S owns the rest. - I’ve always intended ZOEY to have its own life, and now it has been formally arranged. We got a flying start at CIFF in August 2016 and have since learned that there is a solid commercial base for what we’re doing with ZOEY - both in Denmark and on the export markets, says Trine Vinther. - As a small upstart, the support we got from NÜ during our challenging launch was vital. We’re continuing the rental ar- rangement we have with them, giving us a beautiful showroom as well as logistical and administrative facilities. So we’re only more than happy to continue the partnership with our co-owner, says Trine Vinther. FASHION HAS NO SIZE ZOEY’s concept is smart and fashionable clothing for women in sizes 38 to 56. - “Fashion has no size” is the headline we’re marketing ourselves with. What this means is that women with curves will also be able to use our products, since it is designed to suit full-figured women. We follow the trend just as any other high street brand, and all the trendy looks, colours, and details can be found in our collections just as it can in those of all other commercial fashion brands, states Trine Vinther, who does all her own designs. She adds that you might call ZOEY an “undercover” plus-size brand. The collection is comprehensive and also includes accessories and outerwear.
