A SUMMARY Marta du Château is a new Danish express brand that premiered at CIFF in August. - I think there are several reasons for the great interest in Marta du Château. First and foremost, the success is due to the products that hit the trend spot-on, but at the same time have their own unique boho look and some edge. Next, we sell individual items that are hot in the season. This means, that it is easy for the buyer in the fashion shop to make a quick decision on our products. It is also important that the items we present differ by adding e new twist to the design. Our products can actually help attract custo- mers because many of our styles are eye-catchers, says Mette Stausholm, responsible for sales in Jutland / Funen. She is supplemented by her colleague in charge of sales in Zealand: - With Marta du Château we are addressing the fashion-conscious woman who wants to be on trend and who is not afraid to stand out from the crowd. In terms of age, our target group ranges quite wide, it's more about her type. And in terms of price, we have com- mercial prices. At CIFF, for example, we come up with new knits with allover prints with artistic motifs that resemble paintings. We are absolutely sure that the Marta du Château woman will fall for these new items, says Susan Jensen. Both women have extensive experience from the fashion industry, and they are part of the trips to France and Italy, where the procu- rement is primarily carried out. The brand's feminine boho style with edge is presented at a booth at CIFF, where the interior reflects the brand. - One might sum up by saying that Marta du Château has "all the fun stuff". Since our set-up with Tex-time is relatively small, we can move really quickly when we see a trend, and this is clearly one of the success criteria, says Mette Stausholm.
