I denne artikel beskriver NU modetrenden
med udgangspunkt i trendbureauet SPOTTs
tendenser til sæsonen. Trendtemaerne er il-
lustreret med helt nye kollektionsbilleder fra
leverandører af børnetøj og -sko.
TREND 1: EARTH ACTIVIST
En af inspirationskilderne til sæsonen AW
20/21 er uniformering.
Trenden er under designmæssig indflydelse
af workwear og uniformer og ret smal far-
vemæssigt med fokus på neutrale toner i
spektret grå, gråblå, sand/beige/offwhite og
khaki.
Æstetisk er trenden til gengæld bred, og sti-
len signalerer en form for frivillig uniforme-
ring – at vi står sammen i et fællesskab. Tøjet
har fokus på komfort og funktion, samtidig
med at looket har et klassisk element.
Earth Activist er en trend med stort indholds-
mæssigt fokus, idet bæredygtighed i hele
værdikæden er i centrum her.
Signalværdien i de bæredygtige tanker af-
spejles æstetisk, hvor et genbrugslook for-
herliges via elementer som lapper, patchwork
og sammensætninger af nyt og gammelt.

20/21 season are uniforms and workwear.
This trend is fairly narrow in terms of colours,
focusing on neutral tones of grey, blue-grey,
sand/beige/off-white, and khaki.
Aesthetically, though, the trend is fairly broad,
and the style signals a sort of voluntary use
of uniforms - conveying a sense of commu-
nity and togetherness. The clothes focus on
comfort and functionality, but the look also
has a classical style to it.
Earth Activist is a trend with a significant fo-
cus on content and sustainability and other
values are at its core. This means that we will
see new, sustainable textiles.
The signal value in these sustainability con-
siderations are mirrored aesthetically, where
a second-hand look is seen in the use of
patches, patchwork and a combination of old
and new. The style is supposed to look a bit
haphazard and imperfect.
