President Obama welcomes Kathy to the PMI Summit
MMRF Founder Invited to Participate at White House Precision Medicine Initiative Summit Kathy Giusti , MMRF Founder , and a member of the White House Precision Medicine Working Group , was honored to be invited to the White House Precision Medicine Summit on February 25th , 2016 . President Obama addressed a small group of attendees and emphasized the Administration ’ s continued commitment to precision medicine . As part of the Summit , the MMRF was recognized as a “ commitment maker ” to precision medicine for its new initiative — the MMRF Patient Journey — a national education campaign that will educate patients on the critical steps in their cancer care .
