TABATHA How to engage and educate parents more in the day-to-day lives of their children while maintaining a healthy balance between work and family. MMIA What part of your biz are you most passionate about? TABATHA The ministry of helping others improve from their current state to become better. MMIA How do you balance the roles of entrepreneur and mom? TABATHA I carve out time specifically for my daughters and spend time with each individually as well as together. I also allow them opportunities to participate in the community events and ministry projects as well as offer perspective from their viewpoint. My platform as a coach and mentor allows me to encourage others to live up to their full potential and tap into their talents and gifts to find their true purpose in life. MMIA What are your views on moms becoming entrepreneurs? TABATHA I think that it is a positive thing that shows that we are multidimensional and able to be both nurturing in a maternal way while balancing the needs to take care of being a great provider if need be and role model.
