MMIA: When did you decide to become an entrepreneur?
MMIA: How do your children feel about mommy being an entrepreneur?
ROBIN: Entrepreneurship started for me, many years ago, within the
world of multi-level marketing. The company I was consultant for, had
awesome teachings on the subject. As I child, I envisioned myself doing
some great things, however, I allowed them to fall by the wayside.
Becoming part of the MLM arena, re-awakened my dreams, visions
and helped to solidify my positioning to become an entrepreneur. Upon
further revelation, much prayer and the feeling of being stifled by my
employment at the time, I decided to become a full-time entrepreneur
and help others to fulfill their dreams of becoming an author.
ROBIN: My son wholeheartedly supports me and wants to follow in my
footsteps toward entrepreneurship.
MMIA: How long did it take you to go from business idea to actually
seeing income?
ROBIN: It took approximately 3 years from idea to seeing income. I had
to learn about pricing, my worth, and not leading my business from a
place of emotion.
MMIA: Do you ever regret your decision to become a full-time
entrepreneur?
ROBIN: There are no regrets, at all. Entrepreneurship was the best and
most rewarding decision I have made in my life. A lot of work goes into
maintaining a business, but the work also rewards me in the areas of
time freedom and flexibility. I love that my business can be worked in
any part of the world; all I need is my laptop and a phone.
MMIA: How do you balance the roles of mommy and entrepreneur?
ROBIN: The bulk of my work is done when everyone is out of the house
during the day, and at night when they’re all asleep.

MMIA: Take us through a typical day in your life.
ROBIN:
• Morning meditation/prayer
• Cup of tea
• Look over list for the day
• Private coaching calls with clients
• Read and edit clients’ books
• Phone or Skype conference with clients and/or staff
• Prepare dinner
MMIA: What’s your advice to curious moms who are on the fence
about becoming an entrepreneur?
ROBIN: My best advice is... Get off the fence! Go for it and live it out
unapologetically. If God has placed the seed in your heart, then it was
meant to happen. Get a schedule going to balance it all and just do it.
You don’t want to look back over your life and say I should have when
you could have done it. As a Breast Cancer Survivor, I have realized that
time waits for no one and tomorrow is not promised. You have to seize
the time, step out on faith and work your passion.
