I had an enriching experience in both organisations and it widened my
knowledge on how different organisations run their operations and the
decisions they have to make on a daily basis. I was impressed with the
leadership style in both organisations and how they motivated staff to
achieve the goals set.
When I deeply reflect on my experience in both organisations, I cannot help
but notice the inequality of life. In the first two days of my attachment at
KidZania, I observed children fortunate enough to be brought to a theme
park by their parents and schools to experience an extension of what they
have learnt in school. I noticed some children even complaining that they
cannot enter certain establishments as the queues for them were too long.
