Hello MLP Members , I hope you are all thriving this summer ! There finally seems to be light at the end of a very long tunnel and an eventual return to “ near-normal ” feels like an extraordinary turn of events .
Growing the MLP Membership The midpoint of the year is when we turn attention to recruiting new members . Do you know someone who should be an MLP member ? Think about the suppliers you utilize or other landscape contractors you partner with . Encourage them to visit MLP ’ s website or check out MLP on Instagram or Facebook for a peek at what we ’ re all about . ( And … if a new company joins and mentions your name in the referral section , we ’ ll be sure to thank you with a complimentary registration to an upcoming event !)
Sign Up Your Affiliates MLP ’ s new Affiliate Membership program , for employees of members companies , continues to grow . It ’ s never too late to sign up your employees using the JOIN tab at the MLP website . The $ 18 membership will pay for itself after just one webinar at the member rate . MCLPs will earn 2 MLP Membership credits ( while supporting the association ) and prospective MCLPs will save hundreds of dollars on study materials and exam fees . If you have employees that need CEUs or who plan to get involved with the MCLP program , you ’ ll want to sign them up as Affiliates !
