Greetings MLP Members and fellow MCLPs !
I hope this newsletter finds you well ! On behalf of the MCLP committee I ’ m excited to share some updates and new educational opportunities being offered by MLP .
We had a solid turnout for the March 3rd MCLP exam which resulted in two new MCLPs . Congratulations to Susan Crawford and Andrew Langlois . An additional five people passed half of their exam , making them eligible to return for the next exam to pass the other half . That exam will be offered November 2023 .
To assist with exam preparation , MLP is rolling out several preparatory webinars . The first two are available now : Overview 1 , focused on Plant Biology and Soil Science and Overview 2 , focused on Plant Health Care Topics . These webinars will walk you through the chapters , highlighting key points . We hope they will be a useful supplement to the information contained in the MCLP Study Guide .
Looking ahead to credit earning opportunities for current MCLPs , we encourage you to take advantage of the upcoming MLP safety credit webinar . This webinar will become available in April and will remain available for the full year so that you may complete your safety credit . Also be sure to check out the EARN CEUs page at the new website . This page contains links to numerous sites offering webinars for credit . Even if you ’ re not looking for credits , you might find inspiration out there !
