MLP office and answers some of MLP ’ s frequently asked membership questions .
Hello MLP members !
The spring season is upon us – the time of year we all look forward to !
Behind the scenes some big changes are happening at MLP ! With an eye toward improving the member experience , we have developed a fresh and easy to navigate website and implemented new member management software . By the time this newsletter hits mailboxes , MLP members will be using this new system . You ’ ll hear from us a bit more frequently as we guide you through the next steps .
A few key things for members to do as they start to use the new website :
1 . Reset your password when you log in for the first time 2 . Accept the terms and conditions of the software 3 . Update your member profile with a photo or logo ( optional )
4 . Update the member profile with service areas and services provided
5 . Verify that information contained in your member profile is correct and displaying as you ’ d like on the website . Some information is for office use only , while other information is for public display .
Once you ’ ve had a chance to update your member profile , we encourage you to visit all the pages of the website . We are thrilled to bring you an improved site , with easier access to news and information . As always , we welcome your ideas and feedback .
