with weights , or movement activities like yoga or Tai Chi , and set reasonable goals for yourself . Aerobic exercise has been shown to release endorphins — natural substances that help you feel better and maintain a positive attitude .

It ’ s okay to say “ No ” to demands on your time and energy that will place too much stress on you . You don ’ t have always have to meet the expectations of others .
If you are like most people , your life may be filled with too many demands and too little time . For the most part , these demands are ones we have chosen . You can free up time by practicing time-management skills like asking for help when it ’ s appropriate , setting priorities , pacing yourself , and reserving time to take care of yourself .

Hydration doesn ' t necessarily protect you from germ and viruses , but preventing dehydration is important to your overall health .
Dehydration ca cause headaches and hinder your physical performance , focus . mood , digestion , and heart and kidney function . These complications can increase your susceptibility to stress

We are approaching the end of 2021 and as I reflect over this past year I am reminded of the word Reinvention . This is what 2021 was for me . I literally had to rebuild myself , my vision , my mind in order to excel to the next level . This is even true for Natural Woman Magazine .

Most of us find ourselves stuck in the same situations and scenarios because we hold onto outdated ideas , and visions that need to be rebranded . So my message for you in this issue for Natural Woman Magazine is IT ' S OK TO CHANGE and sometimes change is the only solution .
