I am Ebony Laster , owner of Empowering Touch Massage Therapy in Cincinnati , Oh . I specialize in Swedish / therapeutic massage , manual lymphatic drainage , post-operative care , and body contouring . I have been licensed for five years . I have an elevenyear background in nursing , which early on showed me the effects that aging and stress can have on the body . Self-care is a great way to be proactive and fight these issues .

Aging and bad habits cause chronic issues that our bodies can ' t handle alone . Consistent activities like massage therapy , yoga , exercise , facials , healthy eating among many other things will enhance the quality of life .
