The Ratings Percentage Index (RPI) is a computer-generated rating system that was developed for and is used by both the men’s and women’s NCAA basketball committees to assist in
the selection of at-large teams for the NCAA basketball championships. The RPI was first used by the men’s committee in 1981 and consists of three factors (team’s Division I winning
percentage, team’s schedule strength, and team’s opponents’ schedule strength.) Below is a listing of annual season-ending RPIs for The Valley and its members (information courtesy
