Ratings Percentage Index
The Rating Percentage Index, or
RPI, is a computer-generated rating
system that was first developed for
and is used by both the men’s and
women’s NCAA Division I basketball
committees to assist in the selection
of at-large teams for the NCAA basketball championships.
The Valley ranked No. 8 (out of
32 conferences) in the Collegiate
Basketball News Ratings Percentage
Index, and has ranked among the
top-nine leagues eight of the past
nine seasons.
