WELCOME TO MISSISSIPPI!
The great commonwealth of Mississippi is proud to have with us
Administrative Bishop Dr. Larry G. Hess and his beautiful wife
Brenda Vest Hess, who serves as Women’s Discipleship
Director. They are no strangers to the state of Mississippi, Dr.
Hess coordinated with the state for many years while he served
as Director of Ministerial Development for the International
Office.
For the last eight (8) years they have served as World Missions
Field Directors to 52 countries in Europe, UK, Former Soviet
Union and Russia, Middle East, and North Africa. They have a
great passion to build the kingdom of God through a heart for
missions and winning the lost.
Dr. Hess and Mrs. Brenda, come to us with a rich heritage and
with plans that will guide us in reaping a spiritual harvest in our
state that includes increases in church planting, local church
growth, and standing together in unity as a faith family. We are
so honored to have Dr. Larry and Brenda Hess in the great state
of Mississippi.
FAREWELL TO THE MIRKOVICHS
The state of Mississippi has been wonderfully blessed for the past four
years to have had the opportunity to glean from the ministry of the
Mirkovichs. Bishop Joseph and Sis. Betty Mirkovich have endeared
themselves to us with their love and genuine care for people. Both have
been to us a model of integrity and Christ-likeness. Under the leadership
of Bishop Mirkovich, Mississippi saw tremendous growth even during
an economic crunch.
Our love and prayers will go with them. We are confident however that
their contribution to the Lord and His Church will continue to be great!
