How To Select Bras
Perhaps the most important point in underwear:
get this wrong and it's not just your clothes that
are at stake but also your overall silhouette.
Bras are essential in every woman's wardrobe.
In fact, experts suggest having your own
'lingerie wardrobe' aside from having a
closet full of sexy clothes.
“It's important to have different bras for
different outfits — just like shoes!”

Before heading out to the store and nabbing
every style there is, stand in front of a mirror
first and take your exact measurements.
Bras that fit right will give you that flattering
shape and would feel super comfortable too!
Using a measuring tape, determine your correct
band size by measuring just below your chest
or that area just above your rib cage.
This is the number that appears on bra sizes.
•
Next, test your bra by wearing it on the loosest
set of hooks. The band part of the bra is
where all the support should take place. If you're
able to pull it about half an inch before feeling
some resistance, then it's a perfect fit.
•
•
Try moving your torso from side to side. Your
undergarment should stay in place even through
these motions; if it doesn't, change it.
Look at your cups and be honest if there is some
'spillage' over the top. This should not happen in
appropriate lingerie. Also, if there's a case of
'side spillage', you need to consider a bigger cup size.
•
Adjust the straps. They should rest lightly and
not be pressing down to give you bra
marks. Bra straps are just auxiliary parts of the
undergarment – they should not be treated as the
ones to support your chest.
•
When it comes to underwire, select those
that go from the center and go all the way to
embrace the entire breast. If you keep on tugging
at your underwire, then it's definitely
• not the best fit.
