Z is releasing his new album called Magna Carta Holy Grail on the 4 th of July. After The Blueprint 3 in 2009, Jay didn’ t sit still, he collaborated with Kanye West for their album Watch the Throne that had some smashing hits such as Niggas in Paris, No Church in the Wild and of course Otis. I for one can’ t wait to hear what sick beats Jay-Z has made for us now, and who we can expect to feature on the tracks.
John Legend also has a fresh new album ready in the stores for you. Love in the Future should have the feeling of Legend’ s first two albums, but takes it a step forward. Legend was looking to make a really great modern soul album, and if this album really is a step forward from his old albums, you could easily that you have found a modern soul gem. I don’ t know about you but I can’ t wait to lay lazily on the couch on a lovely summer night, with a glass of wine close and a book in my hand, while John Legend’ s soulful voice soothingly plays over the speakers.
