Ken and Stephanie selected a Nevis villa floorplan because it is the largest of the villas and includes a den and hobby room . Both needed the extra space for working from home . Ken for a studio for his IT services work , and Stephanie for teaching Pilates . ( She also now teaches Pilates at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center .)
“ We like the layout ,” says Stephanie . “ It ’ s really light and bright . We had a huge kitchen in California and thought we would have to get rid of things . But this kitchen has a lot of great storage space .”
While Stephanie agrees that the musical sounds of nature certainly are soothing , she enjoys the sounds of live music at the Town Square bandshell and line dancing . “ I ’ ve taken up line dancing and absolutely love it . We ’ ve also taken Salsa lessons ,” says Stephanie . “ It makes me feel like I ’ m in high school again !”
How does the couple sum up life in paradise at Latitude Margaritaville ? “ It ’ s a fountain of youth ,” says Stephanie , and Ken agrees wholeheartedly .
Ken especially enjoys their lanai and pool , noting he goes out to the lanai almost every night just to listen to the relaxing sounds of the cicadas and frogs .
WHEN FRIENDS VISIT , THEY ARE SO WOWED BY HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS . ONE FRIEND SAID IT ' S LIKE BEING ON VACATION ALL THE TIME .
