MEET KEN CAMPANILE AND STEPHANIE GASPARO , THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COUPLE WHO FOUND THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH AT LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE HILTON HEAD .

at Latitude Margaritaville hilton head
One evening , over a glass of wine , Ken Campanile and Stephanie Gasparo decided to take a look at moving from Southern California to South Carolina . “ With COVID hitting both of our businesses , I asked Ken , ‘ What about moving out of state ?’ and he said ‘ Fine ,’” recalls Stephanie . “ We started researching South Carolina communities and Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head popped up .”
The couple visited Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head on Memorial Day weekend 2020 . “ We had about 10 really important things we wanted and everything on the list got checked off without even trying ,” notes Ken . Six months later , the couple moved into their new home with Bella , described by Stephanie as their “ extraordinarily wonderful cat ,” and their singing canary Freddie Mercury .
“ We fell in love with South Carolina and we were really drawn to the Latitude Margaritaville vibe from the beginning ,” says Ken . “ It ’ s nice living in paradise ! When friends visit , they are so wowed by how beautiful it is . One friend said it ’ s like being on vacation all the time .” “ There are so many different things at your fingertips ,” says Stephanie . “ We ’ re just 25 minutes from Charleston , Beaufort , Savannah and Hilton Head .”
