The Latitude Margaritaville Town Center invites socialization with its colorful , open coastal architecture and many seating areas . Phase one amenities include a state-of-the-art Fins Up ! Fitness Center , Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant , lagoon-style Paradise Pool with beach-like entry and swim-up Tiki Island , Changes in Attitude poolside bar , nature trails and Barkaritaville Dog Park .
In addition to the recently completed amenities , the Town Center includes a dynamic Town Square where live concerts , dancing and movies are enjoyed by residents . The Town Square features a thatched-roof bandshell with full-size concert stage , jumbo screen and specially surfaced dance area to provide extra cushion for dancers . AND … there ’ s more !
