Getting ready to teach at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center
Laurie and Andy actually now own two Minto homes . They bought their first Minto home in 1983 in the Spring Lake community in Lauderhill , Florida , and still own it to this day . “ When we found out that Minto was building the homes at Latitude Margaritaville , we felt very comfortable . We didn ’ t look anywhere else after finding out it was Minto . That solidified our decision , and we are very happy with this house ,” says Laurie .
The couple vacationed in the area when their children were younger and always looked forward to returning . Discovering Latitude Margaritaville and rediscovering Minto as their builder quickly cinched their decision to move to Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head . “ The lifestyle here is my favorite aspect . It ’ s such a great atmosphere . I love the neighbors . It ’ s just a good vibe ,” says Laurie .
Shortly after moving into their new home at Latitude Margaritaville , Laurie was considering becoming a Latitude Margaritaville Ambassador .
Then a sales administrator position opened at the sales center and it seemed like a great fit for her . She ’ s thrilled to be one of the first to greet visitors and newcomers to the community .
“ You meet people from all over , and everyone is so nice ,” she notes . Always on the go , Laurie also is an instructor at the Fins Up ! Fitness Center . “ I love my teaching ! People here are awesome . They are just so friendly , and you make instant friends !” When asked what it ’ s like working at Latitude Margaritaville … her response : FUN !
