Ready to take a preview tour of the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound model homes and Sales Center ? We are now booking tours for April 3rd through 24th . Space is limited so give us a call to book yours soon !

If you tour the models in person or by phone appointment in April , you will have the opportunity to complete a reservation agreement , entering you into a drawing for the first sales release of homes to be held during a streamed virtual event on Saturday , May 1st ! All reservation agreements from the April preview period will be drawn in random order for the May 1st virtual event . This will determine the order participants will be contacted to schedule an appointment to purchase a new home at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound !
