According to Brian Cale , Vice President of Land Development for Latitude Margaritaville Watersound , “ It has been good weather for construction and we ’ re moving along well on the Town Center . The building pads are in and the amphitheater pad area is prepped . Underground construction is underway for water and sewer , and the digging for the ponds is almost complete . The Bar & Chill building batter boards are up and we have begun installing the plumbing and underground for that building . The HOA / maintenance building also has the batter boards up and The Fins Up ! Fitness Center will start soon .”
