Dennis ’ s daughter Michele says her dad was born to live at Latitude Margaritaville . A self-described Parrothead , Dennis is a long-time Jimmy Buffett album collector from the earliest recordings to the new Life on the Flip Side album . He enjoys playing his albums while driving his customized Margaritaville-inspired golf cart around his new neighborhood .
Dorothy ’ s favorite activities at Latitude Margaritaville are cooking for the family in their new kitchen , and preparing recipes from the Margaritaville Cookbook . She also enjoys swimming laps every morning at the Paradise Pool . Every Thursday , she and her sister join a group of friends at the Paradise Pool and Bar & Chill . “ You can smell the hamburgers cooking , and listen to live music ,” says Carolyn . “ It ’ s like living in a resort !”
“ The Bar & Chill is La De Dah ,” says Dennis . “ I can ’ t believe we can live like this ! Everyone looks forward to meeting new people and having fun !” According to Dennis , another very special aspect of life at Latitude Margaritaville is that
the neighbors quickly reach out to one another if anyone needs help . “ Someone is always right there to offer assistance ,” he says .
The trio says they thoroughly enjoy the convenience and many things to do in the greater Daytona Beach area , from visiting the beach and state parks to boating in the Gulf and on the river . They all agree that Latitude Margaritaville is the place to be .
“ We toured the models , looked around and said , ' I ' m home '!” Carolyn says .
“ I CAN ’ T BELIEVE WE CAN LIVE LIKE THIS ! EVERYONE LOOKS FORWARD TO MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND HAVING FUN !”
