HOMEOWNER CLOSING UPDATE
Meet Andrea and Ralph Adams –
“ I know we are in the perfect place !”
Andrea and Ralph Adams are the second new residents to close on a new home at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound . How did their big closing day go ? “ It was wonderful ,” says Andrea . “ We walked in and everyone was there . It was completely different from any closing we ’ ve ever had and we ’ ve had lots of them . The room was all decorated , and the people from HOA walked with us to the house and took a picture of us with a big bow . It was like lights , camera , action , and we were priority one in that moment .”
The couple hales from Indianapolis where they lived in the city ’ s lively downtown and enjoyed going to Colts games . While the Indy night lights are lovely and the bustling lifestyle is exciting , they decided to trade it all for palm trees , white-sand beaches and the Emerald Coast ’ s sparkling waters .
Andrea says it has always been her husband ’ s dream to live on the Emerald Coast . He is in the medical field and , when he was offered a position at the area ’ s Ascension healthcare system , the couple packed up their pups Gracie and Mario and headed south .
“ We have vacationed here for years ,” says Andrea . “ We moved to the area a year ago . We were driving down Highway 79 and saw Latitude Margaritaville Watersound going in . We started following it on Facebook . We got into the drawing for homesites , our number came up , and we were the second ones to close ! We got really lucky . It just fell into our laps . I think this is where we were supposed to be . I just love this area . I ’ ve lived in several beautiful beach areas and this is the prettiest of all . There ’ s just something different about it with 30A running along the coast , and everything ’ s so nice here .”
Ralph and Andrea selected an Antigua villa home because they like the separation of the guest room from the master suite to provide more privacy when Andrea ’ s parents visit . She notes that an adjoining den will serve nicely as their sitting area .
The couple is most looking forward to meeting their neighbors . “ Being in Latitude Margaritaville gives us a great opportunity to meet people ,” says Andrea . “ I ’ ve met some great friends already . When you ’ re relocating you ’ re looking for that sense of community . I know we are in the perfect place . We ’ re looking forward to the future in Latitude Margaritaville . We ’ re going to embrace all the great things this community can offer . This is it . We will not move again !”
