Now , great just got greater at the Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head Town Center with the December opening of the Town Center ’ s phase two amenities .
Phase one amenities already serve up live music , dancing , games and movies in the Town Square ; dining at the Bar & Chill ; sips at the Changes in Attitude bar , and dips in the lagoon-style Paradise Pool . Phase one amenities also include the Fins Up ! Fitness Center with indoor lap pool , tennis and pickleball courts , nature trail and Barkaritaville Dog Park .
With the December opening of phase two amenities , residents received an early holiday gift and the fun has grown exponentially . “ The excitement level is electric !” says Lifestyle Director Mona Ward . Everyone has been anxiously awaiting the big reveal when the “ coming soon ” construction screen would lift and the doors to the expanded amenities would open for play .”
Town Center phase two amenities include a Workin ’ N ’ Playin ’ Center that has just about everything one might need to conduct personal business , pursue a hobby , join neighbors for a game of cards or table games , gather for special programs and more . The center ’ s Coconut Telegraph Business Center features a conference room , individual work stations for computer access , a copy machine and printer .
