The Town Center ’ s two-story Bar & Chill restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is where residents will enjoy Margaritaville inspired food and beverage concoctions . They also will be able to relax with friends at the open air Changes in Attitude Bar while listening to music at the immense lagoon-style Paradise Pool .
The Town Square will feature a thatched-roof bandshell with full-size concert stage , jumbo screen , dance area and amphitheater . A state-ofthe-art Fins Up ! Fitness Center with indoor lap pool , tennis and pickleball courts , bocce ball court , nature trail and Barkaritaville Dog Park will round out phase one of the resort-style amenities . And there is more to follow in phase two !
Since the last Barefoot Bulletin “ Making Waves ” update , the Minto construction team has been
making major strides forward . They have prepped for roof installations on all buildings and installed the Town Square and Paradise Pool tiki hut timber frames and cabana shade structure frames and soon will add the thatched roofs and sails . In addition , the thatched roof now is on the Town Square bandshell and the amphitheater ’ s curved , terraced seating walls are in . The team also has made progress on the Fins Up ! Fitness Center indoor lap pool and spa and much more .
At the Bar & Chill , the building siding , ceilings , drywall and second floor stair tower are going in and the Changes in Attitude bar area is being installed . The striking Compass Rose design on the pool deck will soon be tiled in . The sports courts are in and fencing is going up . And good news for the neighborhood pups … Barkaritaville Dog Park is almost completed !
