The Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant will overlook a beautiful waterscape of the Intracoastal Waterway .
The team was able to see through the tree canopy to identify natural paths in order to access dense areas in their four-wheelers . They then walked these areas to identify the best locations for placement of the Latitude Town Center amenities . A layered tree survey identified the location of trees of consequence and other natural elements in order to preserve them and design around them .
The team then used the same tools to place each building of the Latitude Town Center for maximum views . For example , the site selected for the Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant is situated almost 20 feet above the Intracoastal Waterway and has spectacular panoramic views of the waterscape . The designers were able to create the best views and preserve as much of the natural environment as possible .
