Gloria definitely got the catch of the day with this huge Red Fish on a recent fishing adventure with Latitude Margaritaville friends .
Latitude Margaritaville residents have formed groups for sailing , kayaking and other outdoor activities .
It ’ s Closing Day ! Gloria ’ s favorite room in the house is the kitchen . The island makes the perfect gathering space for entertaining her new friends and neighbors .
“ Nothing was coming up as the right match until I saw Latitude Margaritaville advertised ,” says Gloria . “ I never thought I would be living in a 55 plus community but Latitude Margaritaville is unique . Gloria and her many new friends at Latitude Margaritaville enjoy getting together to share a diverse range of fun activities from lunching to live music at the Latitude Bar & Chill to Soul Line Dancing to the music of the Commodores , aquatic kick boxing classes and much more .
“ The friendships here are great !” she exclaims . “ We have groups for fishing , boating , kayaking and many other activities . My kayaking group just keeps growing . There are absolutely gorgeous state parks
within an hour ’ s drive that we love to meet up at and explore .”

And … there ’ s no place like home . Gloria enjoys spending time in her new home at Latitude Margaritaville . She selected an Antigua Villa home . “ I love the way these homes are built . The way the architecture is designed , you can ’ t tell the villas are two homes under one roof . I never hear a thing from the adjoining villa . It ’ s very private . My favorite room is the kitchen . I ’ ve never had a kitchen with an island , and it ’ s such a gathering place when people come over . My patio overlooks a pond , and we have the most beautiful water birds here , including two families of Sandhill Cranes . I ’ m so proud of my home . I just love it ! We live every day to the fullest here . It ’ s the best decision I ever made !”*
