USA Pershing plans operations Pershing Gold Corporation, an emerging Nevada gold producer advancing the Relief Canyon Mine, submitted the 2018 Plan of Operations Modification for the Phase II expansion of the mining and heap leach facilities to the Bureau of Land Management on 15 June 2018.
