GEA offers an extensive product portfolio of ammonia chillers for industrial refrigeration
and air conditioning applications. Besides our fully imported BluAstrum & BluGenium
chillers, we also locally manufactures chillers customised to suit our client’s requirements.
The Blu chiller series has capacities ranging from 280 to 1 730 kW (cooling water from
12 to 6 ⁰C). This series is characterised by an extremely compact and slim design which fits
through most standard door sizes. Our custom chillers are designed to suit your applica-
tion and therefore have a wider capacity and temperature range. These chillers are supplied
with options of screw or piston compressors, and your choice of condenser (air cooled,
evaporative or plate pack heat exchangers). GEA chillers are designed for indoor or outdoor
