“A” Award
Nominations
If you know of an AMHA
Member deserving of an
“A” Award, it is time to submit
his/her name.
The annual “A” Awards are presented to
outstanding AMHA Members in recognition
of exceptional contributions toward the
perpetuation, use and/or breeding of the
American Miniature Horse.
Guidelines
■ Nominations must be submitted by
AMHA Members in good standing.
■ Nominations need to be e-mailed, faxed
or mailed to AMHA to be received no
later than December 31 preceding the
next upcoming AMHA Annual Meeting.
■ Nomination forms are online at
www.amha.org/programs/a-awards.
Nomination categories are:
■ Lifetime Achievement
■ Volunteer Service
■ Membership Development
Be as specific and detailed as possible. State
the categories for which the nomination(s)
are submitted. Supportive information may
include additional AMHA Member signatures, listing of Nominee’s Farm/Show accomplishments, history of media coverage
or “authored” articles, past AMHA Board &
Meeting participation, AMHA local Club accomplishments, etc.
