NAME: Kade Imlach

AGE: 24 years old

CURRENT RIDE: Pitster pro xr4

YEARS IN THE GAME: OG son !

HISTORY, SHOWS, COMPS: To many to list

FAVOURITE MINI DVD: Mini Chaos 5

CURRENT SPONSORS: Admissive clothing, Bossen,

SHOUT OUT: Normally I'd thank someone but in this case I'd like to say simply. Chase YOUR dreams no one else's !

MBM: So how have you been Kade? tell us how life has been for you? It's certainly been interesting that's for haha. I've had a few years off the minis been working and started a family which I'am very proud of. Recently though I've been building a new compound for mini fmx.

MBM: How often do you still ride? Who is your usual riding crew and where at?

I still ride everyday without fail, wether I'm on the mini or my Harley I'm riding !

MBM: So take us back, What age did you first ride a show? Technically I did my first show at 12 on my ds80 with Club24 the first Fmx crew in Tasmania. On the mini I was 15 back in 2004 at a local demo back In Tassie.

MBM: Who was your first sponsor?

Red Baron Australia, although the one that's held the most weight, has and most likely always will be Pitboss Empire.

MBM: What is your best memory riding mini's? It's hard to narrow it down to one but ill give you one I'm rather fond of. When Tj Russell and Dusty Wygle came from America on an second rate films trip, we toured qld and one session I'm particular that comes to memory, Arbourtech ranch. 65foot + of an aus comp ramp on mini bikes, was certainly a day to remember, even with a digga from me and Dusty haha.

MBM: What was is like riding for the likes of the crusty demons and trick fiddy while you were still only a teenager?

Overwhelming would be a good word for it. It was literally a dream come true when I read the e-mail from crusty demons, much the same for Trick Fiddy. Really was dreams coming true at 16, a surreal feeling if any.

MBM: Why do you think the sport of minis died off?

I'll tell you why it died. Because to many money hungry fat cats where trying to milk at cow that was producing powder. The sport was built out of love ! It has and will only continue to operate that way.

MBM: What are your future plans and where would you like to see the sport go?

I know the sport is only going to go up because the right people are now the core group of the industry. I personally am dedicating everything I do on my mini to my fallen brother Marc "frenchy" Lechaptois, in his name there will be great steps taken this year for the mini Fmx scene and mini bike scene in general. As long as we can remember we're all here because we love it, nothing can go wrong. Respect to all my mini bike riding brothers & sisters, fuck the haters, do what YOU love !
