Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup strawberries
4-5 ice cubes
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup almond milk (vanilla or chocolate)
Fit Tip: If your protein powder is grainy add 1/2 cup of strawberry greek yogurt and blend very well.
Blend. Drink. Repeat.
This is a great treat for anytime of the day, expecially when it is hot out!

Ingredients
1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and sliced
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup Hearts of Palm Dip
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, optional
Preparation
In a food processor, pulse avocado, shallot and lemon juice until smooth. Add Hearts of Palm Dip and pulse to combine. Add tarragon, parsley and dill and pulse to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional herbs, if desired, and serve.
