Mindspace magazine is about living in the present. It’s for people who are, or want
to be, more mindful of themselves and the world around them. It’s about being
ethical and present, thoughtful, and aware.

Mindspace focuses on both mental and physical health. This is in part because
we believe the mind and body go together, and so should be treated as such.
Mindspace was born out of the thoughts and teachings of mindfulness, a
mental practice that promotes self-awareness and conscious actions instead of
subconscious reactions, and little to no self judgement.

We aim to promote a sense of social responsibility in our readers. We are not
islands floating out in space, and while it’s true that we experience life in a way
that is uniquely and completely our own, we do not exist in a vacuum. Our actions
and their reactions have consequences that can be felt around the world. So how
exactly will Mindspace promote this kind of social and mental self-awareness?

Each issue will cover mindful thinking exercises and therapies, as well as healthy
